Here are the important high-level notes on the laws:

- No rucks, mauls or scrums
- No lineouts
- No kicking
- All restarts (after infringements, start of each half, after scores) are free kicks
We also want to remind all participants to respect our referees. We had some incidents with refs in the past, which has limited our ability to recruit refs for this year’s tournament. Remember, without referees our tournament is not possible. Abuse of refs will not be tolerated. Harassment of referees will result in a red card, which will end your day as you will no longer be eligible for the rest of the tournament. We also hold the right as tournament organizers to bar a team’s participation in future tournaments based on the severity of the conduct.
